Busy Week...sorta.

So yeah, Saturday I went to my third ROH show. Second row seats for what many people are saying was the best ROH show to date and I'm gonna agree with them. I was supposed to go to an after party, but after spending xxx amount on tickets for the next show in NYC, I decided it was wise to just go home. Monday I went to my nieces moms house for a bit, to give gifts and whatnot. I wish Christmas made me feel like I did before, but now it's just another day. Returned to work on Wednesday and then went on an impromptu trip to the White Plains Galleria and Westchester Mall with Ed, on a bus. Let me tell you something people. There ain't nothing more terrifying than being on a bus for a long time and not quite knowing if it is going to the place you want it to go. We did manage to get there and visit the hellhole that is known as Sears. I think Ed now realizes why I and anyone else who has worked there dreads it. It's unorganized, dirty and just a mess. After grabbing a bite to eat and realizing that the Galleria, for some insane reason, does not offer any stores whatsoever that sell movies, we went to the Westchester Mall. There was a Circuit City, and a Target, so we were saved. Ed found what he was looking for, and I got candy because that is the sort of thing one buys at Circuit City. Candy. Today, I am going to a World Inferno show, and I get to see Meg and Alek. I have not seen the latter in quite a while, so that will be a treat and apparently he has some sort of gift for me. Lets hope it is a hug wrapped in a ribbon!

So...

I haven't been home in two days, mostly because my mom pissed me off, and I was so stressed at work today that I almost threw up. There, how's that for an update?

Updating the old computer

I decided it was time for a change. I realized I'm either on at the computer at work, or at my computer at home for like 60% of the day, so why not make it more awesome. So far, I've purchased a new wide screen monitor, another 512 stick of RAM, 250 GB external hard drive, and a new video card. I thought I was done, but it seems as if the new video card does not work with the power supply I currently have, so I need to update that as well. I wish I had the money to upgrade my processor, but I don't, so this will have to do for now. I do love my new monitor, it makes everything look more amazing. I played a game for a little while with my new video card, before it shut down, and it looked awesome. I'm excited. I think I deserve this.

Dude...

Ever feel like you were hit by 10 trucks that were carrying circus elephants with really really fat trainers? Oh, and the elephants just ate too? Yeah, that's how I feel. I was too manly yesterday. I don't suggest anyone go out and purchase, carry and assemble a TV stand that weighs about 70 pounds. You WILL feel like hell tomorrow.

Guitar Hero

Guitar Hero. DDR for people who aren't pansies. It's fucking addictive and quite challenging. You'll be wondering how you managed to move your fingers so damn fast. Get it, and then get Guitar Hero II next week. You won't be disappointed. If you are disappointed, you're a pussy. End of story.

Breaking News: I have just learned that Guitar Hero II will feature a very special unlockable track. Trogdor. That's right, Trogdor the fucking Burninator! That's it, game over. Guitar Hero II is now OFFICIALLY the greatest game of all time.

Jose's Words of Wisdom #2

The post office is worse than the DMV. Sure, you might wait for like an 2 hours to get your license renewed, but they have like 500 people to serve before you. There is no reason to wait half an hour at the post office when there are only 4 people ahead of you and there are two windows open. Fuck the post office. Fuck it up the ass.

Update

I love Tina. She is pretty. This is my update. Wait, no. There's more. Does anyone wanna go to a Casino with me? It's not so expensive and I'd like to check one of those out. I was thinking Mohegan Sun, since the MetroNorth have a nice One Day Getaway deal to get there.

Silly!

(10:27:26 PM) Ed: We are Mediocre At Best! Are you ready to rock?
(10:28:30 PM) KingoftheIndies: No! I'm on the phone with my sister! She needs help making a bundt cake! Can I have 5 minutes please?! I'd really appreciate it!
(10:29:32 PM) Ed: Yeah, alright! Make sure she dusts the pan lightly with flour to prevent sticking! It's cheaper and healthier than using nonstick sprays!
(10:29:51 PM) KingoftheIndies: Right! Thanks man!
(10:30:27 PM) Ed: No problem! Anyway, I'll just noodle on my guitar until you're ready!
(10:31:03 PM) KingoftheIndies: My sister says hello and thanks for the advice! She's cooking for her new boyfriend and she's really nervous!
(10:31:29 PM) Ed: Aw! First time cooking for him?
(10:31:54 PM) KingoftheIndies: What was that last part?! I couldn't hear you!
(10:32:41 PM) Ed: I asked if this was the first time she was cooking for him!
(10:32:53 PM) KingoftheIndies: Oh! Yes! It is!
(10:33:49 PM) KingoftheIndies: (Are you picturing this conversation with Spinal Tap, because I am)
(10:34:11 PM) Ed: (I am now.)
(10:34:13 PM) Ed: Well, tell her not to worry! Remember, he's not really coming over for the food, he's coming over for the company!
(10:34:40 PM) KingoftheIndies: That's what I've been telling her! Anyway, yeah, she's fine now! I am ready to rock!
(10:35:16 PM) Ed: Alright! [Proceeds to rock]
(10:35:29 PM) KingoftheIndies: [Proceeds to headbang]
(10:35:41 PM) Ed: We're silly people.
(10:35:53 PM) KingoftheIndies: We should not exist in the same timeline.
